At Derimod, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our premium leather and fashion collections. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your Derimod account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
